Easy almost fat-free vegan ice cream recipes

Here are two recipes I've been making a lot lately. You folks in the northern hemisphere might like to try them now.  For the banana ice cream I like to mix in about half to two thirds again frozen berries. It takes quite a while to mix, but is delicious. The chocolate strawberry ice cream is even more delicious, especially with the small amount of red wine.

Thank you soooooo much for this! *gives you a huge smooch* I can't try it yet, as I haven't added bananas back into my diet, but as soon as I do I am definitely making this! Have you made all of the variations? Is the chocolate coconut and cherry vanilla any good?

It's a shame you can't make either recipe yet because you can't eat cocoa or strawberries. I've made my own variations with other berries, but I'll try the cherry one when cherries are less expensive.
