This is Dolwythellan Castle, built by Llewellyn the Great. The ruin on the right is the bit built by Edward I which hasn't lasted. Good!


             

Conwy Castle, built by Edward I. If it's possible to hate someone who's been dead 700 years, I hate Edward I for what he did to the Welsh and Scots.
