Am I preaching? Yes. Am I trying to make people feel guilty? Yes!
Think of all those thousands of animals who live miserable existences and are then brutally killed.
As I've been a vegetarian most of my life but a vegan for only a year I'm not in a position to preach about not eating dairy or eggs. So how about going vegetarian for a week, or vegan for a day?
